You invite players with a single link — no manual registration.
How to do it
- Open the club in the Console.
- Choose Invite and copy the invitation link.
- Share the link where you already talk — messages or a group chat.
- Players open the link, download the app or open the browser, and become members.
The link has no limit of its own — anyone who gets hold of it becomes a member. Share it where you want people, not wider. If you need to shut it off, generate a new link; the old one stops working immediately.
If the club is public
With the club set to public you don’t have to invite everyone by hand. Players find it themselves under Find clubs in the app, where they can search by name or place and sort by Nearest me.
From there, two ways in — and they behave differently:
With a PIN
The club has a four-digit PIN. Give it to someone and they enter it and are an active member immediately, with no approval step.
You get a notification when someone joins this way.
The PIN suits the case where you’re standing at the table with someone joining right now: it’s quicker than digging out the link, and it avoids leaving a link sitting in a chat.
By applying
The player sends a request, with an optional message saying who they are. They sit as pending until an admin approves or declines.
You get a notification about the application, and it sits on the members page with their message — so you can see who it is before deciding.
This is the only route that needs you to do something. Nobody gets in on their own.
Which should you use?
| Situation | Route |
|---|---|
| A regular group you know | Invite link |
| Someone in front of you, joining now | PIN |
| The club is open to people you don’t know | Application |
Roles
You can give a player an admin role if more than one person should run the club with you. Role management requires Premium — see Members and roles for roles, nicknames and tidying the member list.
